Music speaks where words fail.
Music allows time for personal reflection and meditation.
Verbal/vocal music often presents key phrases and/or noted messages in repetition.
Music encourages unity in praising God, in sharing a message, and by simply being together.
Music allows the mind to remember the old, look forward to the new, and enjoy the present.
Music is what feelings sound like.
HUCC Music program is led by Carin Schrum who has been a member for many years and our organist. We are blessed to have Carin leading our music ministry.
The tradition of ringing church bells dates back to AD 400 when Paulinus of Nola first introduced bells in association with a church. Here at HUCC we are priviledged to continue the tradition of worship through music with our bell choir.  Our volunteers who serve in the bell choir provide this time as a spiritual meditation time together versus a performance. Join us for the beautiful sounds on Sunday mornings.
