​Serve & Connect in Discipleship
We support a variety of ministry projects and outreach programs. Gift Teams, committees, staff and the congregation are actively involved with outreach initiatives. Some of our ministries are centered in the local community, such as the Hummelstown Ministerium who maintains the Hummelstown Food Bank, and others reach out across the state, the nation and the globe, like Relay for Life of the American Cancer Society .

How will you grab hold of our ministry to the world?

• Contribute to the Hummelstown Food Bank
• Plant and maintain our community garden to contribute fresh produce to the Food Bank
• Ask for a meal or two to offer anyone in need of a quick and ready meal

• Participate in “Rebuilding Together”
• Join our Relay for Life team
  
• Volunteer to spread love and compassion at Pride events, Drag Bingo
• Advocate for others

• Contribute to the Warm Gift Tree for Bethesda Mission and Mission Central

“What good is it, my siblings, if you say you have faith but do not have works? Can faith save you? If a sibling is naked and lacks daily food, and one of you say to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill,” and yet you do not supply their bodily needs, what is the good of that? So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.
